We highly suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.


What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

> If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. You will not need to have your tickets reissued for the postponed or rescheduled event. We are not able to offer customers refunds on postponed or rescheduled events.

What if my tickets are lost, stolen, or damaged?

> Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Avoiding exposure to heat, sunlight, dampness, and other adverse conditions will help to ensure your tickets are not damaged.
