When the band formed in 1976 in Ireland, Paul Hewson, better known as Bono, Dave Evans, better known as the Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. set out on a quest to become the biggest band in the world. After the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, U2 led off the nationally televised Tribute to Heroes special with another hit off that album, "Walk On." It's only one example of U2's efforts toward charitable causes. At the 2005 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, the Edge joined the Dave Matthews Band on stage. The Edge has been donating money and time to help revive the city of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast last year.

What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?
