What if my event is cancelled?

Shipping charges are not refundable. TICKETS FOR CANCELLED EVENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EVENT CANCELLATION. We highly suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.


What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

> If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. You will not need to have your tickets reissued for the postponed or rescheduled event. We are not able to offer customers refunds on postponed or rescheduled events.

What if my tickets are lost, stolen, or damaged?
