Savvy Manager Bruce Bochy is in his 11th season at the Padres' helm, and he's in his 24th consecutive season with the organization. He played for the Padres and came up through the coaching ranks in the minor leagues. Bochy is far and away the winningest manager in Padres history.

Established in 1969, the Padres have won four division titles as well as National League pennants in 1984 and 1998. They are still looking for their first World Series crown.
